We had a great time staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering to help us arrange a doctor for my sick girlfriend. The hotel itself had lovely facilities, including a beautiful pool and clean rooms. The location was also fantastic, only a short walk away from the beach and all the fun entertainment options. We really appreciated the free upgrade to a deluxe suite and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything great!

It has a very nice garden with Balinese style eating area ( cabana). It also has a BBQ facility where the guest can bring in their own food and cook it there ( we saw two groups of Filipino did this ). It has a small swimming pool with cloudy water. The owner is very friendly and helpful ( an English guy). The hotel is about three to five minutes walk from the beach and the room is acceptable.

Awful service at the restaurant. It was Christmas morning and the restaurant wasn't full ( we had hardly seen anybody eating at the restaurant during our stay, only on Christmas morning where there were about five people seating there ). We ordered two bowls of cereal, toast and some drinks. An hour later our food had not been served. I asked the waitress how much longer do we have to wait, She answered rudely " we're serving other customer first!".Ten minutes later, I returned and the food still wasn't ready. We then cancelled the order and went somewhere else. It took virtually three minutes to serve the food from the other restaurant. Since then we ate at Dave Straw Hat Inn restaurant which has the best pancake!

Just a short walk away, there is a great dining spot called Supermagic, and we had such a fantastic time there!

The employees are friendly. Close to Boracay Island attractions like talipapa market. Totally an excellent experience...

Pool and football pitch (gras) from kids should be quite good. Hotel is within 5 Minutes of walking distance to the center of white beach and approx. 15 minutes walk to d'mall. Ac worked well.

No space or equipment to put your luggage on. (So it must be placed on the floor) The room just has a bed (mattress in use since the 90ies), tv and ac. Bathroom and size of room isn't what you expect for that money.

There is no direct way to the beach (you must bypass between other buildings)

The pool and courtyard area were really nice to hang out in, and had a very relaxing vibe. the staff were friendly and accommodating with our needs, and the hotel was located in a very convenient location near many of the popular tourist spots. the breakfast offered was also cheap and tasty, which was a good way to start our day before heading out to explore.

We had a few issues with the AC in our room, which made it very difficult to sleep comfortably. the Wi-Fi was very slow, which made it difficult to stay connected to our devices.

The place was very relaxing... It has a swimming pool, big enough rooms. Overall...it's a nice place to stay :)

the soft bed wrecked my back

With just a short walk or quick tricycle ride, I found myself enjoying the beautiful beach or strolling through the nearby shops. the hotel's garden provided a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the beachside. the rooms themselves were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay away from home.

The service at the hotel could use some improvement.

Value for money hotel

The location is little far from the beatch Whats annoyed me is the use of safty boxes as they do not offer them in the rooms so we used the one they offer at reception but at check out my trip backto Manila was in the early morning at 7 am and when I went to reception to collect my passport and stuff I found no one just the security guard who does not know English and also does not know how to open the box I could have cost me to miss the flight as we waited for 40 minutes to get someone to open the box Note that I paid pne night before and they already know that I am leaving early but did not tell that I have to get my stuff and passports a night before as they don not have 24/7 service

The hotel was a great location for celebrating the new year festivities. It was a short walk from the main hub of activity, allowing us to easily join in on the celebrations while still having a peaceful retreat. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, with a lush garden and a good-sized pool. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and hot showers.

Our room lacked key amenities such as a mini-fridge and a safe, which made it difficult to store food and valuables. the noise level from the street outside was quite high and made it difficult to sleep at times.

Staff friendly, helpful, and approachable. Great location, close to beach and amenities. Clean and well-maintained after a storm. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Spacious rooms, open 24-hour pool, and relaxing garden.

Nothing could have been better.
